Hi, I’m Hoomi — and I’ve always believed the best meals are the ones made at home, shared with care, and served with love.

My passion for home cooking truly came to life during the 2020 lockdown. In the middle of all the uncertainty, cooking became my escape — and my joy. I spent countless evenings preparing meals for the small group of friends in my social bubble. We cooked, laughed, lit candles, played music, and made simple food feel special. That time reminded me that food isn’t just about eating — it’s about connection.

It took me five years to realise that this thing I loved — cooking at home, hosting, and sharing — was something I should be doing professionally. And that’s how One Dish by Hoomi was born.

This isn’t a formal class. It’s a personal, hands-on experience where we cook one beautiful dish together, from scratch. You’ll learn how to build flavour, plate with style, and cook with confidence. And the vibe? Think music in the background, candles flickering, maybe a glass of wine, and friends gathered around the kitchen counter.
